  • Doctoral degree in Journalism or closely related field by appointment; exceptions for master's/JD with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Disciplinary expertise in media production, documentary film, videography and/or multimedia journalism.
  • Evidence of potential for excellence in teaching at the college/university level.
  • Experience across modalities, curriculum design, grant writing, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Teach hands-on production courses and mentor community-engaged projects.
