Job summary

Little Steps 1, Inc is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Rego Park, NY team. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, providing direct OT services across adults to improve independence and quality of life.

Collaborate with physicians and therapists, document progress, and educate families on techniques and home exercise programs. A strong, compassionate, patient-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY OT license (OT/OTR) and be in good standing.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification required or eligible.
• Experience in adult rehabilitative OT settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, ADLs, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities
