Job summary

You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license.
• Passion for helping patients regain independence.
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training. Your clinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivity expectations will be realistic.
