Insight Global is seeking Teradata Developers to support projects within Global Financial Crimes at a major financial client. This hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC. Developers will be responsible for developing complex requirements, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications in Financial Crimes technology to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs, supporting application maintenance activities, and working closely with business partners to define system requirements.

The role typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of business requirements, environments, and technological solutions to recommend innovations that give a competitive edge. The developer will provide data insights, assess impacts on systems, and participate in the full development lifecycle, including story refinement, requirement estimation, proof of concept, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.

This role involves collaboration with Production Support, Platform teams, and Business Partners, handling technical aspects like Change Management, Platform Upgrades, and requirement changes. Demonstrated skills in data sourcing, analysis, and modeling are essential, along with the ability to build innovative data provisioning models for large-scale financial crimes data sourcing initiatives. The candidate will work with Data Analysts and Developers to ensure best practices and governance, promote standards, and partner with the business to develop and sustain successful change initiatives.

Effective communication with managers, peers, and business partners regarding deliverables and timelines is required. The role follows Agile practices and ensures compliance with all Enterprise Change Standards.
