Qualifikationen

• PhD in Linguistics or a closely related field by date of appointment.
• Experience teaching ASL/English interpreting courses.
• Active research program in Signed Language Interpreting and/or ASL linguistics.

Aufgaben

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Signed Language Interpreting, ASL, ASL Linguistics, Deaf Culture, and/or Interpreting Research.
• Supervise graduate students in Linguistics.
• Mentor students and interpreters and contribute to the department.
• Engage in research in Signed Language Interpreting and/or ASL linguistics.
