• Ability to teach and mentor graduate/undergraduate students.

• Develop and lead an ongoing research program in quantitative methods and psychometrics.
• Collaborate with faculty across departments on methodological issues.
• Provide effective instruction, student mentoring, and advise student researchers.
• Participate in faculty governance and external funding applications.
• Provide leadership and service at local, state, and national levels.
