Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field (ABD candidates welcomed).

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentorship.
• Demonstrated scholarship leading to publications and/or external funding.
• Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment in research, teaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in psychology, including Personality Psychology and related areas.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Advise students and participate in departmental and university committees.
• Engage in scholarly activity, publish work and pursue external funding opportunities.
• Contribute to the department and university life and its diversity initiatives.
