Job summary

Elizabeth City State University invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track faculty member (Assistant or Associate) in Management/Entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will develop and deliver courses for undergraduate students in the Department of Business, Accounting and Sport Management, including traditional and virtual classrooms.

The department is AACSB-accredited; candidates should meet Scholarly Academic or Practicing Academic qualifications.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. from an accredited institution is required in Management/Business Administration or related field with relevant coursework.
• ABD candidates considered if defense is expected before start date.
• Teaching principles of management, entrepreneurship, leadership and teamwork, organizational behavior, and ethics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate courses in traditional and virtual classrooms.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in journals.
• Advise students and contribute to department activities.
