The Department of Physics at William & Mary, a public university of the Commonwealth of Virginia, seeks applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level. Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field at the time appointment begins (August 10, 2027).
• Postdoctoral research experience.
• Strong research record in theoretical or computational astroparticle physics or cosmology.
• Ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate level and to mentor research students.
• Experience in the application of artificial Intelligence, machine learning and other data science techniques to research.
• Commitment to advance academic excellence and the success of all learners and scholars in physics.
