Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program in the United States.
• Current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina or eligible to obtain NC licensure before start.
• An earned doctoral degree (DPT or terminal degree such as PhD/EdD/DSC).
• Defined line of scholarly inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Teach DPT courses in area of expertise.
• Develop and carry out a defined scholarly agenda.
• Provide service to the program, university, and profession.
• Mentor associated faculty and participate in program assessment.
• Engage in patient care and pro bono clinical services.
