Qualifications

• Possession of terminal academic degree (e.g., Ph.D., EdD, DSci, DHSci) or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at time of appointment.
• Experience teaching in a physical therapy or physical therapist assistant program (adjunct and/or core).
• Commitment to developing outstanding PTs who are ethical, inclusive, competent, and compassionate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Teaching duties to help students acquire didactic and practical knowledge for safe, effective practice.
• Contribute to scholarship and advancement of higher education in physical therapy.
• Service to department, university, profession, and community; supervise graduate assistants as needed.
