The ISOM area is one of six in the College of Business. The role includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting high-quality research, and engaging with the business community.

Qualifications

• Earned a Ph.D. in OM or a closely related field or be ABD with a documented expectation of degree completion before Fall 2027.
• Evidence of effective teaching or potential to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Evidence of a strong research trajectory with potential for publications in top-tier journals.
• Good citizenship in terms of service and ability to work with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research and teach Operations and Supply Chain Management courses in undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Deliver a teaching load determined by the College workload policy, initially about 3 courses per year.
• Provide service to the ISOM Area, the College of Business, the University, and the profession, including mentoring and committee work.
