Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Human Nutrition or closely related field; ABD may be considered with proof of doctorate before start.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interest in teaching at undergrad and grad levels.
• Ability to secure external funding and publish research.
• Excellence in teaching, communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Experience with student-centered learning and collaboration in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach Nutrition courses for Nutrition majors, focusing on nutrient metabolism at undergrad and grad levels.
• Contribute to Learn by Doing experiences and undergraduate research.
• Supervise graduate students and participate in MS Nutrition program activities, including team-teaching and online courses.
• Develop and sustain a successful research program, obtain external funding, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, present at conferences.
