Qualifications

• PhD in neuroscience or closely related field by time of appointment.
• Broadly trained in neuroscience.
• Ability to teach core and discipline-specific neuroscience courses.
• Ability to teach majors and/or non-majors courses in biology, computer science, philosophy, or psychology.
• Greatest needs in biological and psychological approaches to neuroscience.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
• Commitment to evidence-based and engaged-learning pedagogies.

Responsibilities

• Teach three courses (nine credit hours) per semester in-person.
• Active program of research involving undergraduate collaborators.
• Engage in collaborative research with undergraduate students.
• Build inclusive classroom and scholarly environment.
