Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in music composition, music technology, or related field; ABD considered if degree is conferred before appointment.
• Substantial record of research or creative activity at national/international level; college-level teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate curricula integrating traditional and contemporary music technologies.

Responsibilities

• Teach electronic music composition, audio production, and sound design courses.
• Maintain knowledge of industry-standard software and languages.
• Shape progressive curriculum and foster interdisciplinary collaboration with related disciplines.
• Oversee facilities renovation and secure funding for equipment and studios.
