Earned doctorate in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Neuroscience, or a related field by the time of appointment.
Strong foundation/training in Motor Control and/or Motor Learning theories and research techniques.
Demonstrated ability/potential to provide high-quality undergraduate and graduate education.
Demonstrated ability/potential to work with a diverse student population, including first-generation college students.
Record of scholarship in their respective area of specialization.
Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in teaching, scholarship, and/or service.

Responsibilities

Primary teaching assignments will include both introductory and upper-level motor control and motor learning courses.
Engage in scholarly activities in motor control/learning and related disciplines.
Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to student mentorship and program development.
