Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY, invites applications for a Tenure-track Faculty position in Mathematics. This full-time faculty role requires a master's degree in Mathematics or related field, and a commitment to inclusive teaching, student success, and possibly online or blended delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics or related field from an accredited institution.
- 18 semester credit hours beyond multivariate Calculus.
- Master's degree awarded by June 15, 2026.
- Ability to teach courses within the department.
- Commitment to inclusive campus environment.
- Experience developing online courses.
Responsabilités
- Teaches mathematics from pre-algebra through calculus and linear algebra.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Demonstrate current subject knowledge and assess student performance.
- Advise students on academics and career issues.
- Participate in department meetings and college committees.
