Qualifications

• Completed Ph.D. in Management or related field (ABD acceptable if finished by start date).
• Commitment to teaching excellence and ongoing scholarship.
• Strong mentoring of students and engagement in research.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of Management courses at undergrad/grad level (e.g., Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics).
• Provide feedback on student work to improve knowledge, critical thinking, and communication.
• Develop curricula for courses, minors, certificates, and possible majors in collaboration with departments.
• Mentor students and student groups, including research opportunities and advising.
