Rutgers University’s Department of Cell Biology and Neuroscience invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Immunology on the New Brunswick/Piscataway campus. The appointee will develop an innovative independent research program; successful candidates will mentor students and contribute to teaching immunology at undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Minimum of three years of postdoctoral training in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop an innovative research program in Immunology using animal or cellular models.
• Teach undergraduate lecture and/or laboratory courses focused on Immunology.
• Mentor students and pre‑ and postdoctoral trainees.
