Qualifications

• Master's degree in a biomedical or related science with 1 year of related research experience, or Bachelor's with 2 years of related research experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist multidisciplinary tumor immunology research, incl. cell culture, immunologic and molecular assays, gene engineering, and animal studies.
• Investigate and test new analytical procedures and methodologies under PI direction.
• Assist with study design according to protocols.
• Lead or senior researcher in areas of expertise and train lab personnel.
• Interpret data and present conclusions to PI for approval.
• Prepare written and oral reports on research and grants.
• Maintain detailed notebooks and store digital data.
• Follow lab rules and protocols.
• Collaborate to maintain equipment, manage supplies, and dispose of hazardous waste.
