Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience teaching in a diverse, student-centered environment.
• Postsecondary teaching experience; community college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage undergraduate Human Services classes (AS program).
• Deliver instruction in online, hybrid, Zoom, mini-semesters and in-person formats.
• Engage students with high-impact practices and active learning.
• Conduct outcomes assessments at course, program, and institutional levels.
• Contribute to department service and field work supervision.
• Advance college mission through teaching and service.
