• Teach BIO 230 (Genetics, Genomics, and Evolution) and intermediate/advanced courses.
• Develop an independent research program in Genetics, Evolution, and Molecular Biology.
• Mentor undergraduates in research integrating molecular, field and/or computational approaches.
