Qualifications

• BS and MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• PhD, EdD or other terminal degree by appointment date
• Three years teaching undergraduate Construction Management courses required to be hired with tenure
• Excellent communication skills to meet the diverse student body
• Strong interest in pursuing external funding and industry outreach
• Commitment to culturally responsive teaching and service

Responsibilities

• Direct the undergraduate Construction Management program.
• Teach undergraduate courses and engage in scholarly activity and industrial outreach.
• Coordinate class schedules and advise students for degree completion.
• Lead accreditation and assessment processes for the program and contribute to curriculum development.
