Job summary

University of Indianapolis invites applications for an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology to begin Fall 2027. This full-time, tenure-track position supports an APA-accredited PsyD program and emphasizes doctoral teaching and dissertation mentorship.

Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply and contribute to program development, research, and mentoring within a collaborative university setting.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
• Experience teaching at the graduate level preferred.
• Be licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist at the doctoral level.

Responsibilities

• Teach dynamic, interactive graduate courses.
• Supervise doctoral dissertations.
• Develop a program of research that involves students.
• Serve on departmental, college, and/or university-wide committees.
