Job summary

Northwest Nazarene University (College of Business) is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member to teach in areas including Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Financial Planning, and/or Entrepreneurship starting fall 2027. Duties include daytime/evening on-campus courses as well as online and blended formats for undergraduate and graduate levels.

The position may involve administrative responsibilities within the College of Business, with appointment contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., DBA or ABD in business or a closely related field.
• All candidates must have a Christian perspective and align with NNU mission.
• Must demonstrate integrity, personal responsibility, and leadership in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses on campus and online.
• Engage in scholarship with industry partners and present at conferences.
• Serve on campus committees and contribute to the business community through service.
