Job summary

Northwest Nazarene University seeks a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in the College of Business to teach in Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Financial Planning, and Entrepreneurship beginning in Fall 2027. Courses will be on-campus during day and evening, as well as online and blended formats.

The position may include administrative responsibilities within the College of Business. The candidate will join a mission-driven environment, requiring a Christian perspective,

Qualifications

• Ph.D., DBA or ABD in a regionally accredited program in business or a closely related field.
• Candidate must have a Christian perspective aligned with the Nazarene tradition and the university mission.
• Strong written and verbal skills and evidence of professional leadership.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses on campus and online.
• Engage in scholarship, publish, present, and collaborate with professionals.
