Job summary

Northwest Nazarene University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the College of Business beginning in Fall 2027. The successful candidate will teach courses in management, marketing, business analytics, financial planning, and entrepreneurship, on-campus during the day, evening, and online.

Responsibilities include scholarly research, service on campus committees, and possible program development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., DBA or ABD in business or related field (regionally accredited).
• Christian perspective aligned with Nazarene beliefs and the university mission.
• High integrity and personal responsibility must be verified.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate business courses on campus and online.
• Engage in scholarly research, present at conferences, and collaborate with industry professionals.
