Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent doctoral degree.
• Research experience in one of the subdisciplines of chemistry.
• Awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a socially and economically diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Analytical and/or Physical chemistry.
• Develop a research program engaging undergraduate and MS students.
• Submit grant proposals and manuscripts to peer reviewed journals.
• Participate in shared governance and service assignments.
• Organize classes within the Canvas LMS.
• Demonstrate inclusive teaching practices for a diverse student population.
