Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in business or related field; ABD considered with clear path to degree completion.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality undergraduate teaching and student learning.
• Experience incorporating experiential learning and active-learning approaches in undergraduate business education.
• Experience teaching face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats is preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS and instructional technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach 12 credit hours per semester in undergraduate business courses in face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.
• Develop and deliver engaging undergraduate courses emphasizing critical thinking and ethical leadership.
• Use active and experiential learning approaches such as case studies, applied projects, and simulations.
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and professional development support to students.
• Collaborate with faculty and community partners to create experiential learning opportunities for undergraduates.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ongoing program enhancement in the College of Business, Leadership, and Ethics.
• Engage with regional business community and professional organizations to stay current on practices and technologies.
• Engage in service to the department, School, and University; participate in professional development and scholarship.
