Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Postdoctoral research experience.
• Relevant publications in the field.
• Evidence of successful acquisition of research funding.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and lead a vigorous, productive research program in biochemistry or structural biology.
• Teach at graduate and undergraduate levels and contribute to curricular development.
• Mentor students in an effective and respectful manner.
• Participate in outreach and contribute to department, colleges, and university service.
• Develop innovative approaches to engaging students and expanding collaborations.
