Responsibilities include maintaining an active research program, seeking external funding, supervising graduate research, mentoring students, teaching courses in behavior analysis

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered; however, the Ph.D. must be conferred by August 1, 2027, to be eligible for employment.
• Demonstrated potential to maintain an active research program.
• Demonstrated potential to seek and obtain external research funding.
• Ability to supervise graduate student research.
• Ability to mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
• Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in behavior analysis and psychology.
• Commitment to contributing to departmental, college, university, and professional service activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active research program and seek external funding.
• Supervise graduate research and mentor doctoral, master's, and undergraduate students.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in behavior analysis and psychology.
• Contribute to departmental, college, university, and professional service.
• Maintain a 3:2 teaching load aligned with training and departmental needs.
