Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in a relevant area of study (e.g., family studies/science, human development, or psychology).
• A record of research accomplishments with the potential for extramural funding.
• Evidence of college-level teaching excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality research in the broad domain of human development and family science.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to graduate students.
• Provide quality teaching to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Support the service needs of the Department, College, and University.
• Collaborate with and support Departmental Centers and Institutes, such as the Family Institute and the Center for Couples and Family Therapy.
