Job summary

Old Dominion University’s School of Cybersecurity invites applications for an Associate or Full Professor of AI Security (Tenure Track/Tenured) beginning Fall 2027 as part of the Centennial Cluster Initiative. This interdisciplinary cluster is led by the AI Security Institute (AISI) and aims to advance security, safety, and privacy research in AI systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary settings.
• Strong research record in AI security demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications and funded projects.
• Ability to transfer existing funded projects and pursue new externally funded opportunities.
