Stetson University's School of Business Administration invites applications for two Assistant Professor of AI and Analytics positions in the Department of Business Systems and Analytics. These full-time, 9-month, tenure-track roles begin August 2027 and are based in DeLand, Florida.

The appointees will teach in business statistics, information systems, AI, and analytics with a focus on applied, hands-on learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD (or terminal degree) from AACSB-accredited institution in AI/Analytics/Statistics/MIS by Aug 2027.
• Relevant professional work experience and research publications in AI/analytics preferred.
• ABD candidates finishing by Aug 1, 2027 will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach three courses each fall and spring, totaling six courses per academic year.
• Possibility to offer immersive student-centered experiences for experiential learning.
• Undergraduate advising, student recruitment, service to the university, and partnerships with industry.
