Stetson University’s School of Business Administration invites applications for two Assistant Professor of AI and Analytics positions in the Department of Business Systems and Analytics. The roles are full-time, nine-month, tenure-track, beginning August 2027 in DeLand, Florida.

Applicants should demonstrate ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in AI, analytics, statistics, and information systems, with a focus on applied, hands-on learning and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. (or terminal degree) from an AACSB-accredited program by August 2027.
• Evidence of research publications or scholarly contributions in AI, analytics, or related fields preferred.
• ABD candidates who complete by August 1, 2027 will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach three courses per fall and spring semester (six per academic year).
• Potential to offer immersive or experiential courses under Hatter Ready.
• Advise undergraduate students; assist with recruitment and service to the university.
• Collaborate with colleagues on program development and interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Contribute to general education offerings and international learning opportunities.
