Qualifications

• Previous tennis coaching experience or recent college-level playing experience
• Strong tennis fundamentals and a competitive playing background
• Experience leading group clinics and providing individual instruction is a plus
• Positive, motivating, and engaging communication style
• Ability to connect with players of different ages, personalities, and skill levels
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead group classes, clinics, and other tennis programming with structured, engaging instruction
• Motivate and challenge players while providing individualized feedback to help them progress and reach their goals

Job description

We’re looking for energetic and experienced Tennis Coach who loves both the game and teaching it. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with year-round programming and the potential to build a schedule that includes group instruction and private lessons. You’ll work with a wide range of players—from young beginners and developing juniors to recreational and competitive adult players. The right coach knows how to challenge players while keeping instruction positive and engaging. We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm to the court, connects well with people, and takes pride in helping players improve.

Key Responsibilities
