Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in tennis teaching.
• Level of play 4.0 or higher required.
• Commitment to be certified as USPTA/PTR preferred.

Genesis Health Clubs is looking for part‑time Tennis Professionals who are passionate, hardworking, and have a great personality/attitude to make a difference.

The role is under the direction of the National Tennis Director, the Club Tennis Director, and the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑court teaching and off‑court responsibilities.
• Deliver dynamic, high‑energy, engaging, fun lessons for all ages and levels.
• Create and facilitate private and group lessons.
• Manage the financial accountability of the programs and private lessons taught.
• Maintain court playing environment for safety and cleanliness.
• Promote tennis and serve as an ambassador and advocate for the sport.
• Research and learn program features and on‑court tools to enhance delivery.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1–5 or more years of tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification preferred; commitment to be certified.
• Level of play 4.0 or higher.
• Positive, engaging, honest, respectful, dedicated, caring with a sincere desire to provide high level of personalized service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
