The Wigwam, a Four Diamond resort in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a Fitness Attendant to join our guest-focused team. You will engage with guests, maintain a clean, safe fitness center, and deliver a warm, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, welcomes feedback, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills and computer skills. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

• Enhance guest experience in the fitness center.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operating correctly.

• Know the fitness area and the resort.
• Follow policies in POS operations.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests when needed.
• Keep the retail store clean and organized.
• Interact professionally with hotel staff.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area. Your Role:

• Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center
• Ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctly
• Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center
• Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel
• Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
• Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
