Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of teaching professionals.
• Strong understanding of tennis operations from business and sport perspectives.
• Ability to manage leagues, clinics, ladders and tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tennis operations to deliver high quality programs.
• Instruct members in the game of tennis and supervise staff.
• Hire, train and schedule Tennis department staff; manage department budget.
• Promote club events and drive member retention through tennis activities.
• Coordinate rackets, strings, and tennis equipment and oversee stringing.
• Ensure safety, rules compliance and excellent member service.
