Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant coach or varsity player at the high school or college level preferred.
• Ability to organize practices and motivate student-athletes.
• Willingness to uphold school policies and standards.
• Has current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with instructing players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of tennis.
• Organize and direct individual and small group practice activities/exercises as directed by the head coach.
• Assess players' skills, monitor performance, and report to the head coach.
• Support with game strategy and supervise athletes during practices and competitions.
• Maintain equipment room, distribute gear, and assist with end-of-season awards.
• Participate in events such as parents night, banquets, and pep assemblies.
