Midtown Athletic Club in the United States seeks a Tennis Professional who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation ($65K–$85K annually) and benefits; candidates should have Safe Play certification or be willing to obtain, a recognized racquet sports certification within 3 months, and an NTRP 4.0 rating or higher.

Qualifications

• Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
• Have a growth mindset and are curious
• Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.

Competitive Compensation:

Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full-time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65K and $85K, annually.
