Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs in Willowbrook, IL is seeking a Tennis Professional to inspire members and grow their love of racquet sports. You will lead group and private lessons, adapt coaching to different ages and abilities, and carry a positive, service‑oriented attitude every day.

Ideal candidates have coaching experience, Safe Play certification or willingness to obtain it, and a racquet sports certification.

Qualifications

• Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Have one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.

Competitive Compensation

Depending on credentials and experience, full‑time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full‑time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65k and $85k, annually.
