Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Tennis Director and Pro Shop Manager with the tennis program.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Sell merchandise and keep the Pro Shop clean and stocked.
• Handle amenities, court reservations, messages, and member interactions.
• Record daily sales and ensure cleanliness of the Pro Shop, bathrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure availability of towels, cups, and sodas for players.
• Help organize games and activities for members.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tennis, pickleball, racket stringing, and tennis equipment is advantageous.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs or more.
