Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of on-court coaching experience, including lead professional experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RSPA Certification preferred; CPR/AED/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction for a wide range of players (beginners to advanced).
• Lead group clinics, private lessons, camps, and community programs.
• Design lesson plans emphasizing technical development and tactical awareness.
• Coach and develop higher-level juniors and adults preparing for competitive play.
• Foster a fun, inclusive environment to encourage retention and growth.
