Job summary

The YMCA of Collier County in Naples seeks a Coordinator to support tennis programs and member services. The Tennis Branch Supervisor will schedule activities, book courts, coordinate lessons, and assist with special events.

Responsibilities include maintaining records in Daxko, communicating with members and staff, and ensuring smooth operations of daily tennis activities and related programs in a not-for-profit community setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all participants are YMCA members and have paid a program fee.
• Track daily lessons and clinics and record in Daxko.
• Run daily financial reports and send corrections to Finance.
• Record attendance and notify members about payments due.
• Submit weekly reports and make out contractor checks.
• Check non-member payments for court rentals or round robin fees.
• Manage staff and tennis pro schedules including maintenance staff.
• Meet with tennis pros to discuss schedules and resolve issues.
• Assist with mandatory reports required by the CEO.
• Check and reserve courts for pros and schedule round robins and lessons.
• Maintain statistics and respond to member inquiries.
• Give tours of facilities and ensure courts are well cared for.
• Sweep, line courts, and maintain bulletin boards with events.
