Responsibilities

• Verify participant fees and memberships before services are rendered.
• Track daily lessons and clinics and record in Daxko.
• Run daily financial reports and coordinate with Finance for corrections.
• Record lesson and clinic attendance and note charges for staff and members.
• Manage staff and tennis pro schedules, and meet with pros to discuss issues.
• Schedule rounds, lessons, clinics, camps, and matches; maintain stats.
• Answer inquiries about tennis and pickleball programs; give tours of facilities.
• Check court reservations, ensure courts are reserved for pros, and monitor court conditions.
• Post weekly calendars of tennis events and create flyers for programs and events.
