Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Wisconsin is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven leader to grow tennis engagement and support daily club operations across multiple Milwaukee-area locations. The role combines program innovation with hospitality to keep courts active and members connected.

You'll design and run tennis leagues, socials, and events; build member relationships to boost court usage; lead the operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment.

• Design, organize, and execute tennis leagues, socials, mixers, and events.
• Develop creative programming that attracts both adult and junior players.
• Build relationships with members to increase court usage and retention.
• Collaborate with tennis professionals to ensure programs meet member needs.
• Identify new opportunities to grow participation and create community engagement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee daily club operations.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Support front desk, facility coordination, and member experience initiatives.

What You’ll Drive on the Tennis Side

• Act as a problem-solver and leader during peak hours
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
• Support front desk, facility coordination, and member experience initiatives
