Job summary

Northampton Tennis & Fitness Club (NTFC) seeks enthusiastic part-time tennis instructors to teach junior and adult lessons at our Richboro, PA location. Evening shifts (6:00–9:00 PM) fit well with our schedule, and additional teaching opportunities may arise.

Qualified candidates enjoy working with all ages, communicate well, and bring energy and reliability. Previous coaching is welcome but not required; join a growing, friendly club with year-round programs.

Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, and dependable Part-Time Tennis Instructors / Tennis Coaches to join our growing team.

This is an on-site position at Northampton Tennis & Fitness Club in Richboro, PA.

Our primary need is for instructors available during weekday evenings, approximately 6:00–9:00 PM, although additional teaching opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching junior and adult tennis lessons, clinics, and group drills.
• Working with players of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
• Helping players improve their technique, footwork, strategy, and overall confidence.
• Creating a positive, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment.
• Communicating effectively with players, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Providing reliable, professional instruction while helping grow our tennis programs.

Qualifications

• Strong tennis playing background and solid knowledge of the game.
• Previous tennis teaching or coaching experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Former college tennis players, competitive players, and high school coaches are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, patient, and dependable.
• Enjoys working with both children and adults.
• Ability to make lessons productive, engaging, and fun.
• Availability during weekday evenings is highly desirable.
