Our mission is to make tennis accessible to everyone in Greater Boston regardless of age or skill level. We're a UTR-sanctioned nonprofit tennis club with 400 members and growing across Greater Boston. We're looking for a passionate, certified tennis coach to lead private lessons, group lessons, and clinics for players of all ages and skill levels.
Run private and group lessons for beginner to intermediate players, lead clinics at our outdoor venues across Greater Boston, and help grow the next generation of tennis players in our community.
Commission-based per lesson is a negotiated profit share based on your experience level. You set your own availability and we help build your client base within our growing member community of 400 players. People book you directly with our platform.
USTA Level 1 Coaching Certification (or willingness to complete the USTA Coaching Fundamentals Workshop — a two-day in‑person training that qualifies you for Level 1 certification) Clean Massachusetts CORI background check Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
UTR account and familiarity with UTR-sanctioned events Experience working with youth players SafeSport certification
