Maintaining attendance, progress reports, and lesson schedules ( MindBody software) Submitting accurate payroll records (ADP procedures)

The work environment is both indoor and outdoor, with activities conducted in varying weather conditions. The p hysical d emands for this position involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and demonstrating tennis techniques for extended periods. The Tennis Coordinator must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. The role also requires frequent movement, bending, and reaching, as well as the ability to quickly respond to emergencies. Flexibility is needed to work in various weather conditions, and the ability to lead lessons for individuals, semi-private groups, and larger group settings is essential.
The Tennis Coordinator position offers a compensation range of $30.00 - $65.00 per hour. This rate is based on salary benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.
